This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is for the Thorcom Systems Ltd.
Root-CA Certificate ("the software") that you are about to download from
this website.
BY USING THE SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE THAT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN YOU MUST NOT PROCEED.
1. LEGAL TITLE: The software remains the property of Thorcom Systems
Limited, Unit 4, 96B Blackpole Trading Estate West, Worcester, WR3 8TJ,
England. Registered in England & Wales 02704696. VAT No. GB 487 9256 81.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE: Thorcom Systems Ltd. grants you ("the user") a non-
exclusive, perpetual, right to use the software for any purpose at no cost
until such time as the certificate expires or if Thorcom Systems Ltd. has
to revoke its use under clause (3).
3. RIGHT OF REVOCATION OR REPLACEMENT: Thorcom Systems Ltd. reserves the
right to revoke the certificate and cancel its operation for any reason
including operational, technical, security or legal reasons without warning
or notice. Thorcom Systems Ltd. may, at its choice, replace or upgrade the
software in order to provide continued service however it has no obligation
so to do.
4. INSTALLATION AND COPIES: You may install and use any number of copies of
the software on any number of computers or devices.
5. RESTRICTIONS ON USE: You may not disect, disassemble, reverse engineer,
modify, hack or otherwise alter the software in any way without written
permission of Thorcom Systems Ltd.
6. REPRESENTATION: You may not represent yourself as Thorcom Systems Ltd.
or use this software in any way which associates you with Thorcom Systems
Ltd. without written agreement.
7. SUPPORT: Because this software is supplied "as is" and at no cost the
software is "user supported" and we may not provide support services for
its use.
8. WARRANTY: The software is supplied "as is" and without warranty of any type.
9. EXCLUSION OF REMEDIES AND LIMITATION OF DAMAGES: Because this software
is supplied "as is" at no cost and is "user supported" we disclaim all
liabilities for fitness for any purpose. By using this software you do so
entirely at your own risk.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: Unless modified in writing this agreement represents
the entire agreement between Thorcom Systems Ltd and the user for the software
and support services.
11. APPLICABLE LAW: This license is governed by the exclusive jursidiction of
the English courts and laws of the United Kingdom.
